Description
Detailed description
A modern new building, the castle monastery of Lübeck, an archaeological excavation site; the combination of past and present makes events in Europe's largest museum on the history of the Hanseatic League an unforgettable experience. The building complex, located directly on the River Trave, was designed by star architect Andreas Heller and has won numerous architectural awards.
The museum's event rooms are fully air-conditioned, equipped with modern conference technology and can accommodate up to 200 people. The museum restaurant NORD and the spacious roof terrace with its spectacular panoramic view of Lübeck harbor provide the ideal backdrop for evening events and receptions. Directly opposite the Hansemuseum is the event location Schuppen 9: Großer Saal and Blauer Salon, which can be reached on foot after a conference.
Of course, an event can also be combined with an exclusive guided tour of the museum; the European Hanseatic Museum presents the history of the Hanseatic League in a vivid way and with an innovative museum concept that sets new standards.
