Chamber of industry and commerce Lübeck

The Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) is the self-governing body of the commercial sector. Creating new opportunities through the Fehmarnbelt Fixed Link, promoting the region's growth potential, improving the location conditions and positioning the region as a cohesive economic area - these are the tasks of the Lübeck Chamber of Commerce. As a customer-oriented service provider, the IHK offers its approximately 65,000 members a wide range of services and advice.
Founded in 1853, the IHK represents the interests of companies in the districts of Ostholstein, Segeberg, Stormarn, the Duchy of Lauenburg and the Hanseatic City of Lübeck. From individual entrepreneurs to large companies with thousands of employees - the Chamber sees itself as a business-oriented lobbyist and critical partner of politics and administration. With numerous initiatives, it is committed to the economy and to strengthening Lübeck as a business location.
